Isle of Wight Grockle Necklace - 925 Sterling Silver

A little bit of island wit, hand-stamped in silver.
The Grockle necklace is a whimsical, characterful piece handcrafted in our Serendipity Diamonds workshop here on the Isle of Wight. Made from 100% recycled 925 sterling silver, it carries a distressed edge and rustic, hand-stamped lettering — each letter struck by hand, so no two necklaces are ever quite identical.
We oxidise the detail to bring the lettering into relief, then hand-polish the piece to a soft, lived-in shine — a finish that celebrates the handmade character of the necklace rather than hiding it.
But what does "Grockle" mean?
Grockle is Isle of Wight slang for a tourist or visitor to the island — said with affection more often than not. You may also hear "Overner" used the same way. Whether you're an islander wearing it with a knowing smile, or a proud Grockle yourself, this necklace is a playful nod to island identity.
