An exceptional pre-loved Gold Sovereign Pendant featuring an original 1930 King George V Full Sovereign, beautifully mounted within an ornate 9ct Yellow Gold surround.

The pendant showcases the classic portrait of King George V designed by renowned sculptor Bertram Mackennal, with the initials “B.M.” visible beneath the King’s neck. The reverse features Benedetto Pistrucci’s iconic Saint George and the Dragon design — one of the most celebrated coin engravings in British history.

Struck in 22ct Gold with a 916.7 fineness, the Sovereign includes the “SA” mint mark denoting production at the South African Mint in Pretoria. The richly decorative yellow gold mount frames the coin beautifully while allowing both sides of the Sovereign to remain visible.
