Online Returns Policy - Jewellery Returns within the UK

Thank you for choosing Serendipity for your online jewellery purchase. We understand that occasionally an item may not meet your expectations, and we're committed to making the returns process as hassle-free as possible. Please review the following information regarding returns of jewellery within the UK:

Returns Period for Online Orders:
We offer a no-quibble returns period of 60 days from the date of receipt of your jewellery purchase made online.

Return Process:


Please inform us of your intention to return an item, and we'll assist you with the process and any queries you may have.


Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original documentation, and in the same box-fresh condition as received.

Exclusions: Certain items are not covered by our 60-day returns policy for online orders, including:

Bespoke or custom-made items

Personalised items

Diamond earrings

Items returned for size adjustments

Finished ring mounts and settings

In-Store Purchases:
Items purchased or collected in person at our showroom are not eligible for our 60-day no-quibble refund policy but may be eligible for exchange at our discretion. Please contact us if you wish to exchange such items.

Posting within the UK:
For returns of online orders within the UK, we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please ensure the items are securely wrapped. The cost of return, along with any insurance, is the sender's responsibility.

Upon receiving your returned item from an online order, we will confirm safe receipt. All items will be inspected for wear. If the item is unworn and unaltered, we will process the refund, which will be credited back to your account within approximately 7 days.

Exchanges:
If you prefer to exchange your item for an alternative choice, please provide full details of the new item with your return. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition. Any cost difference for the exchanged item will be arranged with you upon completion. Please note that our 60-day refund policy does not apply to exchanged items.
