Jewellery Cleaning, Polishing and Refinishing

At Serendipity, we provide a complete repolishing, refinishing and cleaning service for most items of jewellery whether they were purchased from our store, or from elsewhere. For items of Platinum and Yellow Gold, we regularly provide a same-day service to repolish and to professionally clean rings. Unlike home cleaning, a professional polish and clean restores the item to as-new condition.

Jewellery Cleaning

We offer professional ultrasonic jewellery cleaning to remove all grime and to sterilise items of jewellery. Alternatively, we provide a hand cleaned service for all other delicate items.

Jewellery Polishing

Refurbish items of jewellery with our repolishing service available for most items. Repolishing removes scratches and restores the polish to precious metals.

Rhodium Plating

We provide a polishing and Rhodium plating service available for all White Gold items. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for this specific service.

Same Day Service

Subject to availability. Applies to Platinum and Yellow Gold items of jewellery. Please contact us to check if we can provide this on the day of your visit.
