About pre-loved vintage charms.
Do you offer a returns period?
We provide 60 days returns on all items purchased online. This excludes items purchased in-store.
Where do your vintage charms come from?
We purchase special items of cherished jewellery from new and existing clients. Some items are purchased in part exchange for new jewellery, whilst other items are purchased for scrap or for our pre-loved collection.
Do you refurbish items?
All of the items sold through our cherished jewellery designs are re-polished and deep-cleaned. We try to retain the natural patina of age whilst removing tarnish and restoring the shine and sparkle to pre-loved charms and jewellery.
Do you sell chains or bracelets for charms?
Yes. We have a selection of pre-loved charm bracelets. In addition, we sell new charm bracelets and chains. We also provide the service to add charms to necklaces, and bracelets.
Do you offer finance on jewellery?
Yes. We provide finance through Klarna. Please contact us before making any purchase to arrange an application for finance with Klarna.
