Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes, we provide all services for clients Worldwide. Our bespoke jewellery service has developed to work through every stage of the design and creation process for clients regardless of their location.
How long do most bespoke jewellery designs take to make?
As a rule-of-thumb, most bespoke designs take around 5 weeks to create, once designs have been approved. Once an idea has been discussed, CAD designs typically take around 1 week. Depending on complexity, some simpler designs can be created within 4 weeks.
How does the service work?
Our bespoke jewellery service begins with a discussion by email or phone or by showroom appointment. Next, we create a tailored quote. Once agreed, we arrange a deposit before commencing CAD designs for approval. After CAD designs are approved, we commence work on the final commission.
When do i need to pay the balance
Upon completion, we notify you to arrange the final balance payment and delivery or collection. Payment is requested within 7 days of completion.
Do you offer finance on bespoke jewellery
Yes. We provide a range of 0% interest-free finance from providers Klarna or Cherry Godfrey. Please enquire for more information.
