Handmade in our Isle of Wight showroom, the bracelet features 12 polished 8mm Peridot beads alternating with 12 polished 8mm Bronzite beads, threaded onto strong Stretch Magic elasticated cord. Measuring approximately 8 inches in circumference, the bracelet simply rolls over the hand onto the wrist, with no clasp required.
About Peridot
Peridot is instantly recognisable for its distinctive yellow-green to olive-green colour. Unlike many gemstones that occur in numerous colours, Peridot is found almost exclusively in shades of green, with its colour resulting from iron naturally present within the mineral.
Peridot is also the traditional birthstone for August, making this bracelet a thoughtful birthday gift for anyone born during the month. The gemstone has been treasured for thousands of years and is traditionally associated with positivity, renewal and good fortune.
About Bronzite
Bronzite provides a rich contrast to the fresh green Peridot. Its deep bronze-brown colour often reveals subtle golden, copper and chocolate-coloured patterns as the beads move in the light.
A member of the pyroxene mineral group, Bronzite takes its name from its characteristic bronze-like appearance. In gemstone traditions it is commonly associated with confidence, grounding and inner strength, although these associations are cultural rather than scientifically established.
